At Busho Designer, we sell digital products and downloadable packaging templates.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a product has been purchased and downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Exceptions
We may offer support or replacement files in the following situations:
- Corrupted or damaged files
- Missing download files
- Technical issues preventing access to purchased content
- Duplicate purchases made by mistake
