At Busho Designer, we sell digital products and downloadable packaging templates.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a product has been purchased and downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Exceptions
We may offer support or replacement files in the following situations:
- Corrupted or damaged files
- Missing download files
- Technical issues preventing access to purchased content
- Duplicate purchases made by mistake
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Non-Refundable Products
The following items are non-refundable:
- Digital downloads
- Editable template files
- AI, PDF, DXF, SVG, or ZIP files
- Instant download products
- Custom digital products
Digital Delivery
All products sold by Busho Designer are digital downloads. No physical item is shipped, so there are no shipping or return-shipping charges.
Download access is provided electronically after successful payment. In most cases, files are available immediately on the order confirmation page and/or through the customer account or order email.
Returns & Return Costs
Because our products are delivered digitally, physical returns are not applicable and customers do not incur return-shipping costs. Refunds, replacements, or other remedies may still be provided where required by applicable law or in the exception cases listed above.
